Saw Blade Sharpener

Saw blade sharpener is used to remove passivation or wear on the teeth of the saw blade to restore the cutting effect of the saw blade. Whether circular saw blades, band saw blades or other blade types, grinding can be done on our machines.
Saw blade sharpening turns a recurring blade cost into a scheduled maintenance line. This category covers CNC and manual sharpening machines for circular cold saw blades — including the CTK-GS450 grinder for blades up to φ450 mm and the CTK-630CNC for large diameters to φ630 mm. A re-sharpened HSS or TCT blade keeps the tooth geometry a cold saw depends on: slow rpm, flood coolant, clean shear. Shops that sharpen on a weekly cadence typically run a rotation — one blade in the saw, one in transit, one in the grinder — and cut cost per cut by an order of magnitude against single-use blades.
