Cold Saw Features
Circular Saw Blade: Use a toothed solid high-speed steel (HSS) or tungsten carbide-tipped (TCT) circular saw blade that can be reused.
Low Blade Speeds: The advanced direct drive gearbox combined with the motor effectively. Reduce the saw blade rotational speed and the blade won’t chatter when cutting the workpiece, prevents the metal material from overheating and achieves “cold” cutting.
Precise and Clean Cuts: Advanced grinding and vacuum heat treatment technology, reduce metal melting and improve cutting precision.
Mechanical Clamping Design: The workpiece can be held by clamping vice during the cutting process to ensure stability.
